If you wish to live a long and healthy life then you need to take care of your heart, especially after the age of forty. Our heart is one of the most vital organs of the body. You should avoid eating foods which have bad cholesterol. Doing any kind of exercises on a regular basis also helps in maintaining good health of the heart. Even if people walk regularly for 30 minutes, it would benefit their heart. One should do those activities which reduce stress and bring happiness in life.
